Refund Policy
Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid educational enrollments confirmed by invoice from Apiautomationlab. Informational prices on this website are not charges. This site does not process checkout.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your enrollment confirmation. Requests after that window are evaluated for partial credit only.
Full refund conditions
A full refund is available when (a) you cancel within the timeframe above, (b) Apiautomationlab cancels the cohort, or (c) we cannot deliver the purchased format due to our scheduling error.
Partial refund conditions
If you withdraw after the 14-day window but before the third live module of Trust Ledger Custody, you may receive a partial refund of up to 40% of tuition, less any materials already delivered. After the third live module begins, tuition is non-refundable except as required by law.
Non-refundable items
Custom firm diagnostics already completed, privately printed binders shipped to you, and third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@apiautomationlab.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a determination within ten business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional clearing days.
Cancellation by Apiautomationlab
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition for the same program.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or compulsory court appearances may qualify for transfer or partial relief outside the standard windows at our discretion. Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of Taiwan(China) take precedence where they afford greater rights.
